You will visit the unique baroque Winter Riding School, the Summer Riding School with one of the world’s largest oval horse walkers, and the stables of the Lipizzan stallions and the horses.
After visiting all of that we guide all the way up to the monumental, impressive three-story roof structure.
An Architectural tour back to the year 1700, when the Academy was built. Original timber constructions, about 120 feet above the street level.
Not a lot of guests have the permission to be as „behind the scenes” as you will be – enjoy it.

You will see the various locations that make up the special charm of our historic institution and you will learn about our history, equestrian traditions, and about our stars – the Lipizzan stallions!
After visiting the Stallburg, we will guide you through the baroque Winter Riding School all the way up to its monumental, impressive three-story roof structure, which is made up of 2,000 individual parts.
The climb up of 170 stairs is worth it. In addition to the exciting design and the unique atmosphere of this truss, you can expect a fantastic rooftop view over Vienna’s inner district. After more than 90 minutes we bring you back to the entrance for some more sightseeing, dinner, or enjoying another tour with me.

We recommend sturdy footwear, comfortable clothing, and a reasonable level of fitness and agility.
Children over the age of 12 years can participate. Parents are liable for their children.

- Dogs can not be taken to the Spanish Riding School.
