Why our Vienna Woods E-Mountainbike Tour?
After exploring Vienna’s historic center and cultural highlights, it is time to discover the city’s green surroundings. The Vienna Woods (Wienerwald) offer rolling hills, forests and scenic viewpoints just minutes from the city.
Whether you are a couple, a group of friends or planning a company event, this tour is an enjoyable outdoor activity to enjoy together. The electric support makes the ride accessible while still keeping it active and exciting.
Important details:
Tour time: This E-bike tour is offered nearly weekly as a public experience as well as a private activity.
Duration: The experince lasts approximately 3 hours.
Language: The E-bike tour will be done in English, but our guide Stephan naturally speaks German for those who need it.
Guide: Your guide will be Stephan from Kreatour. He is highly experienced and will ensure your satisfaction.
Children: In general, children above the age of 10 can join the experience, if accompanied by an adult. Usually our public activities are less for children and we recommend families to book a private activity instead.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes! In summer, please bring a hat. Also, always check the weather forecast in advance to make sure you are dressed properly.
Payment: A prepayment is required to secure your booking. The rest is paid directly at the beginning of the experience.

Send us an inquiry and we will check our E-Bike-instructor’s availability. We can accommodate groups of up to 12 participants. Whether you are organizing a conference, a day trip to Vienna, a family celebration or an after-work outing, this tour can be the perfect addition to your program.
Tour conditions:
Minimum number of participants: The experience takes place both as a public and a private activity. Our public experiences take place with at least 6 participants. If we don’t reach this number, we will contact you to offer an alternative. Naturally a private experience takes place in any condition, except for bad weather.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours in advance. If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the experience we won’t be able to issue a refund. Certain exceptions apply such as emergency situations. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel the experience up to 48 hours in advance too. We will do so if our instructor is unavailable due to a sudden change or if we do not have the minimum number of participants required for the activity.
Safety rules: Each participant takes responsibility for their own well being and safety during the experience. Naturally our guide will do everything he can to ensure that you enjoy the activity safely. However, Secret Vienna takes no responsibility in the case of any injury resulted by participation in this activity.
Pictures and videos: Please be aware that we might take photos and videos during the tour. If you don’t want to appear in any Secret Vienna promotional pictures, please let us know by sending us a message.
