Maschi discovered her passion for cooking as a student in Paris, where she often prepared meals and documented her mother’s exceptional recipes, blending traditional Jewish cuisine with Viennese dishes. Having lived in France, Canada, and Belgium, Maschi returned to Vienna after more than 30 years, continuing to preserve and share the tradition of Jewish kosher cooking. Maschi offers creative and unique cooking workshops in her home in the 1st district, combining Jewish and Viennese cuisines, eager to share her culinary heritage with others.
