Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days in advance.
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the booked experience.
- We reserve the right to cancel 72h prior due to technical issues or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will naturally work to find alternatives.
