Apfelstrudel Baking Workshop near Schönbrunn Palace:
Just a few steps away from the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, the Apfelstrudel and cookies baking workshop takes place in a cozy local baking studio where time slows down and traditions are still passed down by hand.
Together with our local partner Agnes, you will learn how a classic Viennese apple strudel is prepared from scratch, from mixing the dough to stretching it paper-thin and filling it with fragrant apples and spices. While your strudel is baking, you will also bake delicate almond cookies that complete the experience.
After baking, you’ll get to sit down together and enjoy your freshly made strudel, served warm with either vanilla sauce or ice cream, in a relaxed atmosphere that feels far from the busy city outside.
Naturally, you will get to take the recipe with you so that you can recreate this Viennese delicacy at home.

Children up to the age of 9 can join free of charge (max 2 children per adult). For ages 9–16, the price is 45 euros, which is paid directly at the workshop. Please inform us in advance of your children’s ages.
Accessibility: The workshop is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchairs at the moment.
Payment: A prepayment is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is paid directly at the studio on the day of the workshop.
