What makes a great leader? This question, which companies and nations alike seek the answer to, is at the core of our Leadership and Greatness tour. Throughout Vienna’s history, men and women served as leaders in different positions – emperors, prime ministers, mayors and military commanders. Some were born for the position while others found themselves in circumstances in which they can either lead or perish.
There’s a lot that we can learn from these leaders. Some were known to be strategic masterminds while others used creative and innovative techniques to lead and govern. Some teach us bravery, ingenuity and vision while others serve as cautionary tales. The lessons of greatness we can derive from these leaders can be applied to our own professional and personal life.
Book this one of a kind leadership tour to inspire your team, guests or students. This tour is perfect for your next team building activity, professional conference, school excursion or private event as it will not only be entertaining but also inspiring and thought provoking.
What can you expect when booking our Leadership tour:
On our “In the Footsteps of Greatness” tour series, we aim to dive deeper into history and derive conclusions that can serve as life lessons. Instead of focusing on the “what”, we focus on the “how” and the “why” for a more profound experience.
In our eyes, every historical figure can serve as a mentor if we only walk in their footsteps. It can tell us what to do, how to act as well as what to avoid. For teams, learning from historical figures can bring a new and unique perspective and show that we have a lot in common with many of history’s greatest leaders. They, like us, needed to adapt to new situations, to react quickly, to take risks and overcome incredible challenges. We are convinced that the added value of this tour will go even beyond our regular, fascinating walking tours in Vienna.
